Oros exists to delve into the deepest questions of what it means to be human — and toward the answers that have been waiting in the most ancient form of Christianity. We are developing a multi-year program of cinematic feature documentaries that introduce, illuminate, and create access to Orthodox Christianity for people across the full spectrum of spiritual hunger.
Our work is grounded in a conviction native to the tradition itself: Holy Orthodoxy is something you experience before you understand — and understand more deeply the longer you live inside it.

Christine Menedis is a thinker and writer whose inquiry begins where most analysis stops — at the level beneath the argument.
She spent years investigating the philosophical architecture beneath American political life, finding the through-lines serious thinkers had been building toward without yet naming. That work produced Why the World Doesn't Make Sense (Forefront Books, Simon & Schuster).
Previously, she was a concert pianist, a criminal defense attorney, and founder of several businesses. She walked away from all of it to Head East. And to found Oros, where she is writer, producer, and narrator of the films she creates — work that happens before a camera turns on and continues through the final delivered frame.
